Meeting on prioritization of the problems in Khojai Alo village

On December 15, a meeting was held on prioritization of the problems of Khojai Alo village with the representatives of all population stratums, i.e., village activists who attended the meetings on safety. The meeting was held in the building of the Houses of Culture of Khojai Alo village. The main purpose of this meeting was a joint prioritization of main problems of Khojai Alo village security, which were identified during the meetings on safety with the representatives of all population stratums of the village.

At the beginning of the meeting facilitator - a project staff conducted an acquaintance with participants and briefly told about the project, conducted meetings on security and the purpose of the meeting.

Afterwards, the participants proposed a list of main problems that were identified during the meetings on security.

Thus, jointly discussing the strategies and opportunities of this project, the participants identified the following issues that would be discussed and prioritized:

1. The problem of deteriorating relations between young people in border communities;

2. The threat of breakthrough of water from the channel Mascho and the chute Govsuvor of Khojai Alo village;

3. The problem of shortage and pollution of drinking water by organic and farm waste;

4. Environmental problem is the lack of a special place for dumping rubbish;

5. The problem of lack of wooden floor in the three classes of school № 24 of Khojai Alo village;

6. The problem of repair of the medical center.

At the end of the meeting, the main principle of forming an initiative working group was identified by the method of brainstorming and it was decided that after the establishment of working group, project staff and participants of the meeting would gather to create an action plan.
